Conditioning – Today’s Training: AMRAP 12 – in the following order

25 Double-unders
10 OHS

A Squat above parallel is NOT a squat!

RX Load – Scale DUs x 3 Single / Overhead Squats (135/95)

100% RX’d or Scaled.
