864 Strength – Back Squat 3 RM (work up to a heavy set of 3) – Strength is our primary focus today.

Conditioning – Today’s Training: 4 rounds for time of:

150 Fast UB Single unders
25 Meter Lunge
25 T2B

100% RX’d or Scaled.
