20 Rep UB Back Squat
10 Strict T2B
5 Strict UB HSPU
RX = Squat / All 20 reps UB. Load = Body Weight on Bar. ALL reps must be below parallel. If unable to squat 20 UB reps at Body Weight – Scale to AHAP.
HSPU – must be strict/UB if RX. Challenge yourself today.
