Memorial Day 2016

CrossFit864 – Forging Strong Athletes in Clinton, South Carolina

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. -John 15:13

My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. -John F. Kennedy

“Murph” Starts at 0900

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it. If you have a CF864 Murph tee shirt, wear it.

No Saturday (May 28) WOD

Be Strong. Be Legit. No Excuses. No Cheaters. No Whiners!
