5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Goblet Squats
15 KBS

RX Movement standard – 5 Strict/Dead Hang Pull-ups. 10 Goblet Squats straight into 15 American KBS (load = 24kg./16kg.)

Abdominal Strength – Alternate: 3 x 30 Second Plank / 30 Seconds 6 inches
