Conditioning – Today’s CF864 Training / 5 RFT:
10 Front Squats
10 C2B Pull-ups
RX = Full ROM. Load – FS 135/95. BEAST MODE Load – 185/135. Pull-ups chest must touch bar on every rep. Burpees – Full ROM.
