RX Movement Standards – OHS 135/95 – A Squat above parallel is NOT a squat. Box Jump = 24/20 Hips fully extended at top of jump. Toes must TOUCH the bar on every rep (close does not count) Scale based on your strength/fitness level. Nobody is impressed with your time if your form stinks. Focus more on good form and being strong and less on trying to be the first to finish. BEAST MODE with good form = Legit!
