3 Deadlifts – 2 x BW
5 Strict UB Pull-ups
10 Step single-arm overhead lunge – 24kg./16kg.
RX — FORM! It’s more important than the amount of weight used or the time that you completed the work in. On today’s training – 2 UB TnG HEAVY Deadlifts. No bouncing. No dropping. Sloppy form = NO REP!
Pull-ups are strict UB reps. Chin must be OVER the bar on ALL reps if RX. Close does not count.
Single-arm lunge – switch arms as needed. KB must stay completely out overhead.
FORM. FORM. FORM. Sloppy reps don’t count. Listen up for the movement standards before the workout starts.
