Just in case you didn’t know – Santa trains at 864. Don’t tell anyone.

For we are HIS workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
-Ephesians 2:10

“Be yourself. No one can say you’re doing it wrong.”
-Charles M. Schultz

Social Media tip of the day: Self-Love vs. Narcissism
SELF LOVE:
Being content with the work in progress that you are. Being yourself. Not seeking the approval of others. Not doing things that make you appear to be seeking the attention of everyone. Seeking to be the best person that you can be. Not comparing yourself to others. Not being fake. Not thinking that you are better than anyone else.
NARCISSISM: None of the above.
The only crime is pride.-Sophocles / Have the wisdom to show restraint. -Proverbs 23:4

Today’s gym schedule: 5:15a.m./8:00a.m./4:15p.m./5:15p.m./6:15p.m.

DIG DEEP! Results or Excuses. Pick one. You can’t have both.

Fun Christmas Fact: You can thank Prince Albert for your Christmas tree. Brew a cup o’ tea when trimming your tree this year to pay homage to its origins. When Prince Albert of Germany got a tree for his new wife, Queen Victoria of England, it really took off across the pond. A drawing of the couple in front of a Christmas first tree appeared in Illustrated London News in 1848. To use modern parlance, the idea went viral.

Definition of Challenge: Demanding, testing one’s determination, willpower, abilities, skills and resources. A call to fight, as a battle.

Entitlement is a delusion built on self-centeredness and laziness. Nobody ever said that life was fair. Deal with it! Don’t compare your life to other peoples life. Live your own. Keep Calm and Mind Your Own Business…
