“There is salvation in no one else, for there is NO other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
-Acts 4:12

“Christmas can be celebrated in the school room with pine trees, tinsel and reindeers, but there must be no mention of the man whose birthday is being celebrated. One wonders how a teacher would answer if a student asked why it was called Christmas.”
-Ronald Reagan

Strength / Week 1 – You will have 15 minute to find your 5RM Front Squat – work up to a heavy five rep set. Remember to log your strength numbers.
Warm up – start adding weight on the bar until you hit that strong set. Push each other today. Our priority today = Get Stronger. Is it a PR day?
Form – A Squat above parallel is NOT a Squat!

Social Media tip of the day:
Don’t be a “social media junkee” and online all the time. Find balance and protect your boundaries. If you have thirty seconds to kill sitting in traffic at a red light, don’t pull out your phone because you are bored or feel like you’re missing something.
Have the wisdom to show restraint. -Proverbs 23:4

Definition of Challenge: Demanding, testing one’s determination, willpower, abilities, skills and resources. A call to fight, as a battle.

Entitlement is a delusion built on self-centeredness and laziness. Nobody ever said that life was fair. Deal with it! Don’t compare your life to other peoples life. Live your own. Keep Calm and Mind Your Own Business…

BE STRONG!
