1 round of Strict Cindy

1 Round of Strict Cindy = 5 strict pull-ups, 10 strict push-ups, and 15 squats. Run to 100M / back.

Skill work – Work on Handstand Holds – Forget about learning to kip until you have mastered the movement with strict form.

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.
