10 Calories – Assault Bike / Rower
10 Step Walking Lunge
10 Hollow Rocks

Uncoachable = Knowing the right way but still doing it your way because it requires less effort than correcting poor form.

RX – Form. ROM. RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar.

Skill work – Work on squat form / squat depth / hip mobility
