Run 200 Meters
10 Strict Pull-ups
10 KB Snatch L
10 KB Snatch R
10 Jumping Air Squats

RX Movement Standards – Strict Pull-ups = dead hang / no kip / palms forward. KB Snatch Load = 24kg./16kg. Jumping Squats = Full ROM.

100% RX’d or Scaled.
