Strength – Bench Press 1 RM (work up to a heavy single) Strength is the focus today – not conditioning.
2 x 10 (each side) One Arm KB Floor press AHAP

There is no almost RX. It’s 100% RX’d or Scaled.

Conditioning – For Time: 10-1 / 1-10 Front Squat / HSPU
RX Load – Front Squat 135/95 (scale to Goblet Squat or Air Squat) / Scale HSPU to HR Push-ups / Move Fast!
