WOD – 6 RFT: 1 Rope Climb / 1 Bear Crawl – length of gym (stay low) / Suitcase Carry (32kg./24kg.) to 50 M – switch hands – and back / OH Plate Walk to 50 M and back (45/25 plate – please don’t drop plates) 20 Mountain Climbers (Full ROM – No short, choppy reps)

If you tear it down during the WODs then you have to build it back. How’s your post WOD nutrition looking? Don’t be surprised when your results (or lack of) suffer as a result of your food choices. Remember – Trashy food = trashy results. 

August Challenge = Barbell Carry Back Rack Position. Accumulate 4,800 Meters during the month of August. Load = 75% of your body weight on bar.
