Strength: Floor Press – 5RM (work up to a heavy set of 5)

WOD: For Time – 100 DUs / 100 KB Snatch / 100 DUs

RX KB Load (AHAP) Alternate sides as needed (Goal = 10 UB reps each side before switching) Minimum of 24kg./16kg. – Scale DUs to x4 Singles

June – Lunge Challenge – Must complete 1.5 mile. How much distance have you accumulated on the June challenge?
