WOD: For Time: 100 Lateral Hops over PVC Parallettes / 80 One Arm KBS (40 each side) / 60 Step Walking Lunge (plate OH – 45/25) / 40 Burpees (Full ROM) / 20 Atlas Stone to Shoulder (alternate – 10 each side AHAP. Do Not Drop Stones)

June – Lunge Challenge – Must complete 1.5 mile.
