WOD: 5 Rounds for Max Reps – Back Squats (Body Weight) / Push-ups (Hand Release – can’t rest at top or bottom of rep)

A Squat above Parallel is NOT a Squat! Squat to full depth.

June – Lunge Challenge – Must complete 1.5 mile.
