WOD – AMRAP 25 of: 5 Strict Pull-ups / 5 Bench Press or Floor Press @ Body weight / 50 Meter Suitcase Carry @ 1/2 Body weight

If RX – All pull-ups must be full ROM (chin over bar and full extension at bottom) Bench Press/Floor Press – No lift off or spot – must be able to rack and unrack bar without assistance.

If you do not incorporate your weaknesses into your skill work it will remain your weakness. Conquer it! What did you have to scale last week? Ring Dips, Strict Pull-ups, Double-unders, Toes to Bar, etc. Have you worked on getting stronger, more skilled at these movements or will you just be satisfied scaling them each time they show up in the WOD? Challenge yourself today!

June – Lunge Challenge – Must complete 1.5 mile.

Definition of Challenge: Demanding, testing one’s abilities, skills or resources. A call to fight, as a battle.
