Today’s WODs start at: 5:15a.m./8:00a.m./4:15p.m./5:15p.m./6:15p.m.

Buy-In/WOD will start promptly as a group at the scheduled times above.

Reminder – ALL WODs always start together as a group. If you are late please wait for the next WOD to start. Respect fellow CrossFitters that showed up in time to warm up before the buy in (buy in is not intended to be your warm-up) Remember to include skill work in your warm-up today.

Strength – Deadlift 1 RM (work up to a heavy single) Try to set a new one rep PR today.

WOD – 4 RFT: Run 400 Meters / PC (135/95) / Box Jump (24/20)

May Challenge – No Bread for the month of May / 100 Air Squats every day
