CF864 STRENGTH and CONDITIONING

3 Week Strength Cycle:
(Week 1 – 5RM), (Week 2 – 3RM), (Week 3 – 1RM)

Floor Press – Monday’s
Deadlift – Thursday’s

NFT – 2 X 15 Strict Back Extensions (2 second hold at top)
d.) Conditioning – 4 RFT:

25 KBS
12 Burpees
200 Meter Run (100 and back)

RX Movement Standards
KBS = 24kg./16kg. American Swings
Burpees = Full ROM
Scale/modify based on your strength/fitness level. The movement standards will always be covered before the WOD starts.

e.) Cash Out – Finish Strong

Rx = Movement Standards-Full ROM/Form/Load
