Nutrition Tip: It is time to put down the egg whites once and for all! Eat the whole egg, and eat more of them. The yolks are the most nutrient dense part of the egg because they are good source of fat and cholesterol, while the white doesn’t contain as many nutrients without the yolk.

On this day in history – May 24, 2000 – The U.S. House of Representatives approved permanent normal trade relations with China. China was not happy about some of the human rights conditions that had been attached by the U.S. lawmakers.
