Burpees
RX — FORM! It’s more important than the amount of weight used or the time that you completed the work in. On today’s training – Shallow squats and sloppy chicken neck burpees are NO REP so don’t even count them.

FORM. FORM. FORM. Sloppy reps don’t count. Listen up for the movement standards before the workout starts.
