REMINDER – The jump ropes in the cubbies belong to 864 members that have purchased them and leave them at the gym. You need a jump rope that’s the proper length for you – it’s very hard to do singles or double with a rope that too short or too long. If you don’t own a jump rope it’s a good idea to invest in one. Check with us if you need suggestions on what to get. Thanks!
