5 Strict HSPU
10 Hip Extensions
20 Kettlebell Box Step-Overs

RX – Form. ROM.
HSPU to one AbMat.
Hip Extensions – slow and controlled with 2 second pause at top.
Men: 24kg. kettlebells, 24-in. box
Women: 16kg. kettlebells, 20-in. box

Skill work – work on single leg balance

June 864 Challenge – Accumulate as many burpees as possible during the month of June. Keep a running total posted daily on the whiteboard at the gym. Goal = 100 each day.
