Buy In – starts as a group.
RX – Full ROM. RX WB Load – 20/14 (9’/10′ target) Full ROM Sit-ups. Form over time. Don’t sacrifice your form for a faster time.

Check your pride and ego when making the decision on RX or Scaled. Base your decision on strength and skill level not on what someone else is doing. Focus on your own training.
You are either IN or OUT – there is no in between.

On this day in history – October 28, 1886 – The Statue of Liberty was dedicated in New York Harbor by U.S. President Cleveland. The statue weighs 225 tons and is 152 feet tall. It was originally known as “Liberty Enlightening the World.”
