864 Strength + Conditioning WOD – The Daily Grind will be posted daily on 864 whiteboard only. Daily workout could vary throughout the day.

ALL groups will be limited in size and will based on first come / sign up for each group. Sign up will be done through email only at info@crossfit864.com
PLEASE don’t text requesting class times or asking for the workout. If everyone communicates this way it will help make it possible for us to keep track of class sizes. Thank you very much for your consideration – this will help us.) Once a class is full we will notify you of the next available group. Please don’t request to sign up for a group 5 minutes before it starts and please don’t just show up. We will cover guidelines for cleaning and group sizes with each group as we cover the movement standards. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
