#1 Goal today – Don’t settle for less than you are capable of.

For time – In the following order:

10 Hip Extensions/3 second pause at top
15 AbMat Sit-ups
SC (R) down and back/gym
SC (L) down and back/gym

The strong, dedicated athletes just show up each day and do hard work. See ya in the gym?

If you need to scale, modify or adjust a movement please please let us know before the workout and we will be glad to help you and coach you through the movement. The easy way is not always the best way.

April 2021 “864 Challenge” Starting April 05 – 100 Step Walking Lunge each day. To stay in the challenge you must complete lunges each day. Once you miss a day you are out of the challenge.
