RX Movement Standards: Form. Form. Form!
Go as fast as you can without getting sloppy. Do you want to have the fastest time on the board with the sloppiest form?
RX – Full ROM. Lunge KB Load = 1 x 24kg./16kg. KB must stay locked out. Knee touches ground on each rep. Alternate arms as needed.
RX – T2B = Toes must TOUCH bar on every rep if RX.
