SC – 100M (R) / 100M(L)

864 Strength + Conditioning WOD / The Daily Grind / Daily workout could vary throughout the day.
Buy In – starts as a group.
RX – Full ROM. FORM. FS Load = 155/115. A Squat above parallel is NOT a Squat!
Burpees – Full ROM. Chest/thighs touch the deck at the same time. Arms FULLY extended overhead with hips FULLY opened on the jump. Anything less is scaled.
SC Load – 1 x 32kg./24kg. KB if RX KB can’t be put down at any point during the 200 meters / must complete 100 meters before switching hands.

Check your pride and ego when making the decision on RX or Scaled. Base your decision on strength and skill level not on what someone else is doing. Focus on your own training.
You are either IN or OUT – there is no in between.
