Floor Press
Strict Pull-ups

RX – Floor Press Load = 225/135 – You must be able to remove bar from the rack and return to rack own your own / without a spotter. Adjust your weight based on YOUR strength level.
Pull-ups – Strict / chin OVER the bar on every rep. Palms forward.
Burpees – Full ROM. Clap overhead with arms fully extended. Hips completely open. No chicken neck burpees if RX.

Check your pride and ego when making the decision on RX or Scaled. Base your decision on strength and skill level not on what someone else is doing. Focus on your own training.
