10 Strict UB T2B

Go as fast as you can without getting sloppy. Do you want to have the fastest time on the board with the sloppiest form? Scale based on your strength/fitness level/level of motivation. Skill Work. Skill Work. Skill Work.

RX – Full ROM. Form. Form. Form First. Proper form is more important than your ego at 864.

RX – Full ROM. Sprint – 100% effort. Scaled option for run – walk same distance. T2B are strict with 10 UB reps each round. Both toes make contact with the bar at the same time and restarts from a dead hang. Scale T2B to hanging knee raises.

April 2021 “864 Challenge” Starting April 05 – 100 Step Walking Lunge each day. To stay in the challenge you must complete lunges each day. Once you miss a day you are out of the challenge. Lunges must be walking lunges and must move forward, not backward lunges. Sign up on the board today. Did you accept and finish the March 864 Challenge?
