The fastest time on the board with sloppy form = No Good. No Rep. Nobody is impressed. Keep it Legit!

RX – Full ROM. Press Load = 135/95
Lunge KB Load = 1 x 24kg./16kg. must be locked out for 10 UB reps if RX.

January Challenge – Run. Congratulations to Brian Fortman! He accumulated the most miles during the month of January.

February Challenge – Thrusters. Accumulate as many Thrusters during the month of February. Score will be total pounds – Reps x Load. All reps that are counted must be at 864 before or after daily workout. There will be two options – RX 95/65 and BEAST MODE 135/95. You have to pick one and stick with it. All reps must be Full ROM/ No half thrusters.

Congrats to everyone that ran the 864 Half Marathon / 5k on Saturday. Really Big “Thank You” to our awesome 864 crew that volunteered their Saturday morning to come out and support the event. You guys made it a success! This is our community.
