5 L Pull-ups
15 Goblet Squats
RX – Full ROM. The fastest time on the board with sloppy form = No Good. No Rep! Keep it Legit. L Pull-ups RX = Must be full L position. Chin completely over the bar. Arms fully extended at bottom. Strict Push-ups are Hand Release – No Sagging / No Bridging / Feet stay in contact with the floor. Squat Load = 32kg.24kg. Bell. A Squat above parallel is NOT a Squat! Post rounds and reps on board – yes, even on days that they aren’t as impressive. Be Strong Today!
January Challenge – Run! Train for the 864 Half Marathon / 5k on Saturday February 1, 2020. Post your miles each day on the board. This does not have to be during gym hours – You can count miles ran throughout the day. Who will accumulate the most miles during January?
