RX Movement Standards: Form. Form. Form!

RX – Full ROM. RX DL Load = 2 x BW on Bar. No Bouncing reps. No dropping DL from the top / lockout. If load is scaled – complete 4 reps AHAP.
HSPU – strict UB reps. Scale to kipping HSPU.
C2B P/U – Chest must TOUCH bar on every rep if RX. Full extension of arms at bottom of rep.
