864 Strength + Conditioning – Support YOUR Community. Support YOUR Country. Support YOUR 864 Crew.

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
-Romans 12:2

The only reason integrity should be a burden to you is if you enjoy being dishonest.
-Sam Storms

Be an encouragement to someone today. Stay positive!

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, I am there among them.”
-Jesus (Matthew 18:20)

FEAR NOT. HAVE FAITH.
-Jesus

10 Jumping Air Squats

864 Strength + Conditioning WOD –  / The Daily Grind / Daily workout could vary throughout the day.
Buy In – starts as a group.
RX – Full ROM. Chest must touch bar on all pull-ups. A Squat above parallel is NOT a Squat!

It’s Thursday…hang on! Friday’s only one day away. How can we help you get closer to your goal today?

Check your pride and ego when making the decision on RX or Scaled. Base your decision on strength and skill level not on what someone else is doing. Focus on your own training.
You are either IN or OUT – there is no in between.

On this day in history – October 15, 1883 – The U.S. Supreme Court struck down part of the Civil Rights Act of 1875. It allowed for individuals and corporations to discriminate based on race.

Faith. Trust. There is Power in Prayer! Pray for America.
