Walking in the Light

RX – Full ROM. Burpees are Full ROM – Full extension of hips with a jump / clap overhead / arms fully extended on the overhead clap.
OH Walking Lunge Load – 45/25 plate locked out overhead.
T2B – Strict unbroken reps. Both toes must touch bar at same time.

April 2021 “864 Challenge” Starting April 05 – 100 Step Walking Lunge each day. To stay in the challenge you must complete lunges each day. Once you miss a day you are out of the challenge. Lunges must be walking lunges and must move forward, not backward lunges. Sign up on the board today. Did you accept and finish the March 864 Challenge?

Strength / Week 2 – You will have 15 minute to find your 3RM OHS – work up to a heavy three rep OHS. Remember to log your strength numbers. Warm up – start adding weight on the bar until you hit that strong three rep set. Push each other today. Your form is more important than loading a bar and moving through 3 reps with poor mechanics. Our priority today = Get Stronger. Is it a 3 rep PR day?
