10 Sit-ups

RX – KB Squat Load = 32kg./24kg. – If you can’t complete air squats to parallel or below we will not add weight to today’s workout. Focus on your form.
Box Jumps – 24/20. Hips completely open on top of box.
A Squat above Parallel is NOT a Squat!
