864 Strength + Conditioning WOD – The Grind: AMRAP – 15

5 – 1 Burpee + 1 Lunge (L)/1 Lunge (R)
1 Back Squat

If you show up for the workout and you don’t understand the workout as posted please be patient…trust us we will always cover the workout before it starts. Don’t ask the person standing beside you – they might be more confused about it than you are. It’s easier to cover all of the details as a group than individually. Out of respect for your fellow CrossFitters please give us your attention for just a minute. We will allow plenty of time after that to load bars and get equipment needed for the workout. This helps keep the WODs on schedule. Thanks for your understanding.

The fastest time on the board with sloppy form = No Good. No Rep. Nobody is impressed. Keep it Legit!

RX – Full ROM. RX Load on BS = 2 x BW on bar – scale load as needed. Full ROM Burpee (jump/clap overhead) + Full ROM Lunge.

February Challenge – Thrusters. Accumulate as many Thrusters during the month of February. Score will be total pounds – Reps x Load. All reps that are counted must be at 864 before or after daily workout. There will be two options – RX 95/65 and BEAST MODE 135/95. You have to pick one and stick with it. All reps must be Full ROM/ No half thrusters.

The workout is FREE to participate! But ANY and ALL donations will be accepted at the door. All donations will go to Mrs. Smith to help lift some of the burden of this battle.
