RX Movement Standards: Form. Form. Form!

RX – Full ROM. Front Squat Load = 135/95 on bar with 15 UB reps. A Squat above Parallel is NOT a Squat.
RX – Full ROM Burpees with clap overhead / arms fully extended.
RX – OH Plate Walk 45/25 – Length of gym/back. If RX plate must stay locked out for entire distance. This is a walk NOT a run/race.

February 2021 “864 Challenge” – 5,000 DUs or 10,000 Singles during the month of February.
Challenge Rules:
Between February 1 – February 28 complete 5,ooo doubles or 10,000 singles (can be broken up throughout the day)
You can break the reps up however you choose. DUs/Singles in workouts don’t count toward challenge.
