RX Movement Standards: Form. Form. Form!
Go as fast as you can without getting sloppy. Do you want to have the fastest time on the board with the sloppiest form? 

RX – Full ROM. Bench Press / Floor Press (both RX) Load = RX is BW on bar. Don’t load a weight that you can’t unrack / rack without assistance.
Pull-ups = chin over bar with full extension at bottom.
Burpees – Full ROM
