Strength – You will have 15 minute to find your 1RM Back Squat – work up to a heavy single. Remember to log your strength numbers.
Warm up – start adding weight on the bar until you hit that strong 1 rep max. Push each other today. Our priority today = Get Stronger!

d.) Cash Out – Finish Strong

RX –Movement Standards-Full ROM/Form/Load/ Scale as needed based on your strength/fitness level. RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.

Skill work – Don’t hide from your weakness. Don’t skip/scale just because you don’t like a particular movement. Spend some time today doing goat work.
Remember that a fast time with sloppy reps is NOT impressive.

RX – Full ROM. All reps must meet movement standards if RX.
RX Movement Standards –  There is no almost RX. It’s 100% RX’d or Scaled. Form. Form. Form. Any questions? Go Hard!
