a.) 10 Minutes of Handstand Practice on the clock as a group – HS Walk. HSPU. HS Hold
b.) 3 x 10 UB Clean and Jerk (135/95) + 20 DUs
RX – If you can’t complete all 10 reps UB (touch and go) with the RX load – scale to a weight that you can complete all reps UB.
Scale 20 DUs x 3 singles.

May Challenge – Run 1 Mile AND accumulate 10 minutes of Plank Hold every day during the month of May.
