864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: AMRAP – 12

5 Thrusters
5 Box Jumps

RX – Load = 135/95. Scale based on your strength level.
A Squat above parallel is NOT a Squat! If it’s not below parallel it’s not RX.
Form. Form. Form. it’s more important than the weight on the bar or the number of reps completed.
Box = 24/20

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.

Skill work – Get on the pull-up bar / Get stronger / Forget about learning to kip until you have mastered the movement with strict form
