864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind:

21 HSPU
21 strict L chest-to-bar pull-ups
Run 200
15 HSPU
15 strict L chest-to-bar pull-ups
Run 400
9 HSPU
9 strict L chest-to-bar pull-ups
Run 600

RX – pull-ups = palms forward. chest must touch bar each rep. strict/dead hang/no kip.
HSPU to 1 Abmat. Scale to H/R Push-ups.

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.

Skill work – HSPU / HS Hold
