10 Deadlifts
10 Strict HSPU

RX – Full ROM. DL Load = Body weight on bar. No bouncing. No dropping bar from the top. Bad form = No Rep!

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.

Skill work – Work on DUs for 5 minutes before your workout.
