864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind: 6 RFT

30 Second L-Hold on Pull-up Bar
Crawl – 1 x length of gym (stay low. keep your butt down)
25 AbMat Sit-ups
30 Second UB HS Hold

RX – Full ROM.

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.

Skill work – Work on getting low. Spend time in a deep squat stretch before your workout.
