1 Minute UB Plank Hold / top of push-up
Plank = Flat, tight plank position. Both hands/feet must stay in contact with the floor during plank. No sagging or bridging (this = scaled)
RX – Full ROM. KB Load = 24kg./16kg. alternate arms as needed. RX = 20 UB (without resting or putting KB down)
RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.
Skill work – Work on getting upside down for 5 minutes before your workout. HSPU/HS Holds/HS Walks
