864 Strength + Conditioning – The Grind:
10 Snatches
Then, 10 Rounds of:
100 Meter Sprint
6 Burpees over Bar
10 Snatches
RX – Full ROM. Load = 135/95. Sprint to 50M/ and sprint back.
RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.
Skill work – Work on a weakness for 5 minutes before your workout.
