Remember the importance of continuing to pray for students, teachers and parents each and every day of this school year not just the first day. We are blessed and thankful to have teachers that have made the commitment to help our children during this important time in their life. Thank you!

RX – Full ROM. Load = 95/65. Rep count stops when bar is racked.

RX is more than the amount of weight on the bar and more than the amount of reps.
